How long does my order take to ship?

Because all of our safe wooden toys and accessories are handcrafted, we need a little time to build them with care!

1. Standard orders: please allow 1 -3 business days for us to hand make and package your order.

2. Custom orders: for custom toy requests, processing typically takes 3 -5 business days before dispatch.

🚚Shipping Time (how long the mail carrier takes)

Once your order leaves Pixie’s Chinchies and More, travel time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout and your location:

1. Standard Domestic shipping typically takes between 3 and 7 business days to arrive at your door.

2. Expedited shipping typically takes 1 to 3 business days

Total turnaround time: In total, you can expect your furry friend’s package to arrive roughly 1 to 10 business days after placing your order.

📍Tracking Your Package:

As soon as your package ships, you will receive an automatic email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow its journey straight to your door.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We currently ship to the US and US Territories (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Marianas Islands, and American Samoa)

Because the health and safety of your furry friends is our absolute top priority, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any toys, accessories, or edible treats once they have shipped.

Small animals are highly sensitive and this strict policy ensures that every item leaving our shoppe is 100% clean, safe, and free from any potential exposure to outside illnesses, mites, or cross-contamination. Thank you for helping keep all of our pet community safe!

❌Custom Orders

All custome made toys and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once production has begun.

📦Damaged or Incorrect Items

We pack every order with love and care, but mistakes do happen! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at pixieschinchiesandmore@gmail.com

Please include:

1. Your order number

2. A quick photo of the damaged or incorrect item

We will happily send out a replacement or issuer a refund for the mistake right away!

🛑Order Cancellations

If you change your mind, you can request an order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided your order has not already been packaged or shipped.
